ph5661 Terms & Conditions

To register and use the ph5661 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of ph5661 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph5661 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

ph5661 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ph5661 may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the KYC process.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph5661 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph5661 Account login credentials, including your username and password. ph5661 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the Platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

ph5661 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified ph5661 of unauthorized access and ph5661 has confirmed receipt of such notification.

ph5661 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from ph5661 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

All deposits to your ph5661 Wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph5661 accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and other participating Philippine banks
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards on supported networks

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. ph5661 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph5661 bears no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your ph5661 Wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph5661 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend your Account if a third-party deposit is detected.

ph5661 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to additional verification and reporting obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Only Real Money Funds that are not subject to an active Wagering Requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all ph5661 Accounts. These limits are displayed within your Account settings. VIP Club members may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as part of their VIP tier benefits. Please refer to the ph5661 VIP Club terms for details.

ph5661 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a Wagering Requirement that must be met before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met will be forfeited.
• ph5661 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ph5661 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its pre-error state. ph5661 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by technical error, software malfunction, or any form of cheating or collusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph5661 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ph5661 immediately.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph5661 staff or other players.

All content on the ph5661 Platform — including but not limited to: the ph5661 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ph5661 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph5661 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph5661 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ph5661 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the ph5661 Platform.
• Use ph5661 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of ph5661 intellectual property may result in legal action. ph5661 actively monitors for and enforces its intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph5661 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph5661 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ph5661's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph5661 Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph5661 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph5661 will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ph5661's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

ph5661 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph5661 Wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.

• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling ph5661 to restrict or close the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph5661 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds may be returned to the player following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

You may request closure of your ph5661 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ph5661 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

ph5661 is regulated by PAGCOR. Complaints relating to the regulatory conduct of ph5661 may be referred to PAGCOR through its official channels. ph5661 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or inquiry.

For player complaints and disputes, ph5661 operates an internal complaints procedure. Players are encouraged to contact ph5661 customer support in the first instance. ph5661 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.
